The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been retained. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, with additional costs, you can relax and unwind.

It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

In the beautiful Twentse landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal a stone's throw away from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum lies the estate Hoeve Springendal. You have one of the ten apartments that are fully, cozy and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments are furnished for 4 people. In our old grain barn, you can have breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.
