There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time."
