Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tučepi

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

Der Aufenthalt war schön, das Haus ist wirklich klein, aber zu zweit ausreichend. Wunderschöner Garten dabei. Gastgeberin war immer gut zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter als gedacht.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Ivans Haus liegt ruhig, privat und umgeben von Bergen in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und zudem modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super. Der Außenbereich verspricht Urlaubsfeeling pur. Vogelgezwitscher, ein Whirlpool zur Entspannung, der insbesondere unter dem Sternenhimmel ein Highlight ist, Sonnenliegen und ein atemberaubender Blick in die Berge. Was will man mehr. Ivan ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben hat, wie z.B. das Naturreservat Biokovo mit dem Skywalk. Wanderwege sind ebenfalls in der Umgebung vorhanden. Split und Dubrovnik eignen sich als Tagesausflüge. Die ersten Strände sind etwa 35 Minuten entfernt. In der Nachbarschaft lebt eine ältere Dame mit ihren zwei süßen Hunden. Sie ist ebenfalls sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen.

Schöne Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet und tolle Aussicht. Beheizbarer Whirlpool ist ein klares Plus, auch wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Sehr guter Standard!

Majas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, am Hang mit Blick auf Meer, die Inseln Hvar und Brac und Berge. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und konnten viele schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und das Sahnehäubchen ist der riesige Pool, in welchem man die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Maja hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

My whole family was obsessed with this place. The adults loved the beautiful scenery and the peacefulness and the kids loved the hot tub and the swings. The house is adorable and very nice and the views were even better than the pictures. We loved meandering around Humac and being close to so many interesting small villages to explore. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat on the island of Hvar, you will be hard pressed to find something better than Mario’s place.

Upravo smo se vratili s odmora u ovoj predivnoj vili i jednostavno moramo podijeliti svoje oduševljenje! Tražili smo smještaj koji nudi potpunu privatnost i opuštanje, a ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja. Smještena usred netaknute prirode, vila pruža nevjerojatan osjećaj mira i spokoja. Započinjanje dana uz cvrkut ptica i svjež zrak, daleko od gradske vreve, bio je pravi melem za dušu. Bazen je bio apsolutni hit! Prostran, čist i s dovoljno ležaljki za sve – idealan za jutarnje osvježenje ili popodnevno uživanje pod suncem. Posebno nam se svidjelo što je bazen potpuno privatan, što nam je omogućilo da se opustimo bez ikakvih smetnji. Vrt je priča za sebe. Prekrasno uređen, s obiljem zelenila i šarenog cvijeća, i mnoštvom povrća pravo je umjetničko djelo. Svaki kutak vrta odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju, pružajući savršen ambijent za večernja druženja ili jednostavno uživanje u tišini. Dijete je obožavalo istraživati svaki kutak! Ova vila nije samo smještaj, već jedinstveno iskustvo.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! We had a great 4 night stay at the apartment. Friendly and informative on arrival and ideal location for the beach, restaurants and the harbour. It met all our needs and would recommend.

wir waren sehr zufrieden,Iris und die Familie von Iris waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zum Strand. Sauber war es. Ruhig auch. Balkon Ausblick zum Meer und Sonne ☀️ den ganzen Tag satt. Das Appartement hat eben alles was man benötigt zum Leben. Wir hatten besseren Internet als Zuhause. Imali smo predivan boravak u Makarskoj,smještaj je premašio naša očekivanja! Stan je vrlo prostran, izuzetno čist i udoban, tačno onakav kakav je prikazan na fotografijama – ako ne i bolji. Posebno nam je odgovaralo što smo imali tri spavaće sobe i tri kupatila, što je bilo idealno za našu grupu i značajno olakšalo svakodnevnicu. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena i omogućila nam je da bez problema pripremamo obroke, a terasa s prekrasnim pogledom bila je omiljeno mjesto za jutarnju kafu i večernje opuštanje. Lokacija je odlična vrlo blizu centra, autobuske stanice i plaže. Do plaže se lako i brzo dolazi pješke, kroz praktičan i čist podzemni prolaz, što je bio veliki plus. Domaćini su bili vrlo ljubazni, profesionalni i dostupni za sva pitanja. Sve što su naveli da apartman posjeduje je bilo ispostovano, mišljenja smo da ničim ne dovode u zabludu svoje goste. Veoma su transparentni i iskreni. Osjećali smo se istinski dobrodošlo. Topla preporuka svima koji traže kvalitetan i udoban smještaj

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Antonia. Et tout y était parfait. Les petites attentions, le logement super propre, la vue incroyable, l’équipement au top. Mention spéciale pour la douche, la terrasse, la proximité du centre et du port et bien sur cette vue incroyable du matin au soir, même la nuit c’était magique ! La cerise sur le gâteau c’est Antonia elle même. Quelle douceur, quelle gentillesse. Merci beaucoup de cet accueil. À bientôt je l’espère.

Bio je to vrlo lijep boravak. Stan je iznimno lijep i elegantan. Vidi se da su se dodatno potrudili. Kvaliteta namještaja,sadržaja,kupaonice,kuhinje iznimno je visoke kvalitete. Vratit ćemo se u bilo kojem trenutku!

Don’t hesitate to book Biljana’s Suite Celebration. It looked just like the photos inside the apartment and having two bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies. It was clean, very comfy beds, ac in all rooms and shower and tub in big bathroom were awesome. If coming with a car there is parking in the street in front of the building but it could be tough if you come later in the day or night, but Biljana helped us find parking and is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and Riva. Many restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies within walking distance. Thanks Biljana my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Great location close to both the harbour and the old town and minutes from a selection of restaurants including the wonderful Anona.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!
