This house is wonderful. I don't think the photos do it justice. It's actually much better. It is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and everything is designed with the needs of the guests in mind. Everything in the house makes you remember the sea. It's equipped with everything you need in every aspect, especially in the kitchen. The porch is impressive, it's an oasis to relax, read for a while, have conversations or make dinners. For me, it's the best part of the house. In addition, Stefano and Luigi are super friendly, they were always helpful to us, they gave us suggestions for places and restaurants to go to, and they showed initiative. Super happy with them and the house. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Marinella is a really kind host, responsive in her communications and available to give advice. The little house had everything you needed, we stayed comfortably for 11 days. Once the gate is closed, the privacy of the view is total, a great advantage considering the fantastic outdoor shower. The air conditioner in the bedroom is perfect, kept at the mime of power becomes quiet and allows you to sleep peacefully. We wanted to disconnect, but it should be noted that inside the phone signal is almost absent and out, especially during the hours when the beaches fill up and the cells are very busy. Marinella gave us some wifi that worked well from the table outside. :) For the rest there is little to say, the location so close to the beach is priceless, you can go to the sea, go home for lunch or stay in the pine forest in front, all with a 3-minute walk. Highly recommended!

Access by car is easy, and the accommodation is very well furnished, comfortable, clean and welcoming. A true haven of peace, ideal to recharge your batteries. Hosts Ada and Salvatore are absolutely wonderful: caring, available and concerned about our well-being. The welcome was perfect, with delicious coffee and cake on arrival — a nice touch that sets the tone for the stay. My daughter loved running freely on the grounds and playing with the cats, which added a touch of happiness to our getaway. Thank you for this beautiful stay and for letting us discover the Nespole, a fruit we did not know and that my daughter loved! We would definitely recommend this listing.

I stayed in this villa with my family of 6. The house is really nice and functional. There are very large spaces both indoors and outdoors. The villa is totally independent and there is a spacious terrace with beautiful sea views, where you can enjoy a fabulous sunset. The location is very strategic located a short distance from the points of interest of Salento. The nearby village of Santa Maria al Bagno is picturesque and ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation and walking in the evening. Gallipoli can be reached by car in 20 minutes or less. If you're looking for a private villa with maximum comfort and space, this is definitely the choice for you. Finally, the host Valerio was very friendly and friendly, he personally welcomed us and made us feel at home.

Sannicola is a quiet village that gives you rest a short distance from beautiful beaches. A note of the extreme cleanliness and security of the house is a must. There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

The place is so cute and is the perfect location to explore the coast of Salento . You’re right beside sea. The place is spotless and luisa was great at responding immediately. You’re a walk away from lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base.

Maria and her husband were hosts who, with great kindness and discretion, welcomed us to a magnificent residence by the sea: clean, well organized and with practically private access to the sea. 50 steps separate you from a bright cliff from which you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing view from the splendid equipped terrace. The private parking facilitates travel from a location that remains close (5/20 mins) to many wonderful beaches. Wonderful vacation also thanks to this incredible house.

The apartment is very spacious and has a very comfortable, homey feel. The private terrace is lovely. It is a perfect location on a side street not far from all the attractions and various shops. We would definitely stay here again. Mario was very helpful and responsive with the remote check in.

The accommodation is in accordance with the description. We had a very pleasant stay in a typical house of the region, inland but close to many tourist places especially on the coast. A quiet place to rest after a hot and active day, full of discoveries. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a plus. And above all, a sincere and warm welcome :-) Thank you for the little touches :-)

We had the most amazing time at the Masseria! The property is beautifully curated … rooms full of character and quirky details, spacious and most of all homely . The large outdoor area allows for al fresco dining and plenty of socialising. Beautiful pool area and gardens …the attention to detail is incredible. Wonderful stay in the heart of Nardò The building is centrally located in the city center of Nardò - shopping and everything you need for your daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is located in the attic and is very well maintained and clean. The spacious roof terrace is particularly impressive, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. We were warmly received by Benedetta and her dear daughter and immediately felt welcome. Benedetta is a fantastic host – always available, helpful and full of good recommendations for excursions, restaurants and beaches in the area. The location of the accommodation is ideal for quickly reaching the fantastic beaches of Salento and the sights of the region. I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!
