We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Sandepark 128 can be found in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km. north of the cozy and tourist village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is perfect for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kites, blotting and soups. In the direct surroundings of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful walking and cycling routes through beautiful natural areas.

There is also a shed with a bollard cart and sun loungers and umbrellas.
