Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tumaraa

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

An amazing spot for our one night before our charter boat. All 10 fit comfortable. Views incredible, we love the outdoor kitchen and prefect to walk everywhere. Host was so nice and lovely. She recommended a taxi and it all went perfect

La propriété offre une magnifique terrasse et un ponton face a la mer. La maison est très spacieuse. Disposer des kayaks est un vrai plus. Seul bémol pour nous, la dureté des matelas.

Werkelijk een unieke ervaring. De villa wordt maar enkele maanden per jaar verhuurd, dus je verbleef in iemand z'n huis (met huiskat). Wat een warm gevoel geeft. Naar mijn idee de mooiste locatie van het eiland. geweldig uitzicht en dichtbij ons favoriete restaurant Fish & Blue.

En dehors de la route un tout petit peu bruyante le matin, logement vraiment super les pieds dans l’eau et communication avec Cathy exemplaire. Merci.

Un lieu que je recommande vivement ! Le cadre est sublime, et les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité incroyables ! Merci à vous, Laurent et Maima, pour cet accueil de qualité que vous nous avez réservé. Nous repartons avec plein de souvenirs, en particulier le petit-déjeuner avec vue sur les dauphins, le kayak, et le motu à proximité. Au top !

Villa Nina is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay while in Raiatea. Our hosts Fabiola and Laure went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our accomodation and time on the island. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back too!

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

Anne s’est montrée très disponible et nous a même fait la surprise de nous attribuer un logement plus spacieux car j’étais sa première demande de réservation. Logement très grand, propre, bien équipé. Vue sur la mer très appréciable. Piscine agréable et jacuzzi relaxant, malgré le mauvais temps. Avec regret, nous n’avons pu rester qu’une seule nuit, et je lui souhaite une excellente continuation dans son activité!

Communication was excellent. We arrived by flight, had a rental car and took the quick 5 min drive over. Sam was there, who lives on the property. He got us situated, even offered to let us borrow the kayak to go out into the lagoon, and found some snorkels for us to use! We had a nice short stay in Bora Bora, and everything was so close. My wife wasn't feeling well and we had an afternoon flight out, and with rain all day, there wasn't much for us to do, so with a flexible check-out we were able to let her rest and I took the kids down the road to the yellow food truck Kai Kai. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

Perfect location, close to ferry and car rental.

Beautiful spot and couple. Had an insane sunset over Bora Bora. Cute kittens, great recommendations for snorkeling and the bike was a great value. Thank you for your patience as I worked hard in business negotiations while staying.

I spent five nights solo here. The location and the room were perfect for my stay-everything is brand new in great condition. The welcome booklet great help. The room was cool and ready when I arrived, and the lockbox setup was easy. The host is very helpful and responsive. I liked that the market was next door, and that the room’s patio is private, covered, with table and chairs and a nice tropical jungle view. There are a few restaurants close by, but if you eat out I recommend the Intercontinental Hotel near the beach. Great bar and restaurant menus, about the same price as the other restaurants, the food is far better and the view there is fantastic. Had I gone there the first night, I would have dined there every night. I like to cook my own simple dinner at times, and the room was good for that. If you want to rent a scooter or more, MRC Rent near the Intercontinental is a very reasonable local business, and if you call they will pick you up. I would definitely stay here again.

It looked even better in reality than on pictures. It has a beautiful new swimming pool and a terrace with a nice breeze. Francesca made me feel like home right away and recommended the best lagoon excursion, called around to get me a scooter with the best price and went out of her way to make sure I made the most of my stay.

Mon séjour d'une semaine était parfait, un accueil chaleureux, Patrick est extraordinaire, gentil, serviable, très réactif aux messages, toujours souriant! un hôte hors pair... Le logement est très propre, entièrement rénové, super bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, une jolie terrasse, la literie est très confortable avec des draps 100% coton. Très bien situé pas loin de la plage de matira et du ferry (centre ville) Je recommande vivement ce logement les yeux fermés. vous ne le regretterez pas! Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans ce logement.
