The apartment was simply perfect! As soon as I entered, I felt the care in every detail – as someone had already commented, the place is extremely fragrant, with a delicious aroma that makes the environment even more welcoming. The space is spacious, airy and very well organized. The kitchen is equipped. I felt like a real house. The doormen are very polite and helpful, and the location is a great advantage: close to everything! I made all my trips to the university on foot, with a lot of tranquility. I loved the apartment, I loved the city, and above all, I loved Mari – a thoughtful, kind, and very welcoming host. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I loved the accommodation. Very well located in Uberlândia, close to a mall in an easily accessible location. It is a very large condominium, but the location of the apartment in a block near the entrance makes things easier. Even though it is a very large condominium in terms of the number of apartments and blocks, we had no problems with noise or anything like that. There were no issues during the stay. It matches the photos, clean place, simple but functional. The apartment has everything you need in both the bedrooms and the kitchen. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely look for it again when I need it.

I love comfortable places, but what strikes me most is the cleaning and bed linen and they were impeccable.

Spacious apartment airy clean kitchen utensils new 3 TV living room and in the two bedrooms comfortable beds everything perfect nothing to complain ! perfect location all near pharmacy restaurants and supermarkets. Without words to describe the education and kindness of the host Fernando responded quickly . I did not have any setbacks was excellent our stay for sure I will be back.

Apt well airy, organized, spacious and everything clean and Mr Eugenio always well educated answering my doubts, gave several legal tips that helped a lot. The hotel has a lot of option to do, every day it has live music, free transfer from the hotel to thermas and close to everything market, pharmacy, Mc, restaurants, hot bech....we love everything, we are sure to return to Olimpia.

Great accommodation, great location, right in front of the entrance of Thermas dos Laranjais, very good. Only negative point were the wam experience employees who were constantly approaching the guests, I know they are working, but are insistent and end up bothering.
