The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

Arena, Tulsa Ball Park, Cain's Ballroom, Tulsa's Arts District, many restaurants, and the Tulsa Gathering Place. Historic garage apartment conveniently located: 5 minute walk from the river park/Arkansas river 15 minute walk to the BOK center 30 minute walk to the Gathering Place 30 minute walk to Guthrie Green 30 minute walk to the Boxyard We park in the garage below, and will need to move our car by 7:45 AM on weekdays. This will not affect your parking in the driveway and you do not have to move your car, but you will hear us raise the garage door. Thank you for your understanding.

Brookside Cottage has survived the trend of smaller homes being demolished to make room for those that are newer and larger. Now, renovated, it will begin a new life as a short term rental. Brookside Cottage has a welcoming front porch with space for relaxing or dining. In the spring and summer you will find roses in the garden along with oak leaf hydrangeas. Visitors have been known to see a hawk soaring. You may also see eagles or pelicans along the Arkansas river.
