The cottage is rented. Local bus stop about 400m. Front lot. On the beach, a sauna & living room that can accommodate 3 people. At the top, the main cottage that accommodates 5 people. Large glazed balcony. There's electricity, and water comes in, even in winter. Outdoor summer kitchen. There is a fireplace, an air-source heat pump and radiators in the upper cabin, and a radiator in the lower cabin, and heating the sauna also keeps the space warm. Composting outdoor toilet, gas grill, wood grill, rowboat. Pets allowed. No smoking.
