Huone n. 9m2 sekä pesuhuone. Makuupaikat kahdelle. Lakanat talon puolesta, mutta omat pyyhkeet. Varusteina pieni jääkaappi, mikro, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, astiat. Pesuhuoneessa lämmin vesi padassa.
