New apartment in a quiet location, close to two parks that are very convenient for walking and outdoor activities, and close to the center. Free parking at all hours right outside the house. The furnished interior is practically new with all the necessary comforts: in the kitchen, everything you need (breakfast is also available😊), a living room with a Smart TV, and really comfortable rooms. We felt at home right away and will definitely be back! A great tip for those who need to make a quick trip to the city or stay overnight, it's also perfect as a base for visiting the wonderful Piacenza valleys! Check in is convenient and fast and Claudio is available for any information or suggestions

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The building is beautiful, with a grand entrance. The flat is stylish, comfortable, and very practical. We used the kitchen almost every day, and the shower was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable too. Everything was clearly explained, and since it was our first time in Piacenza, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.
