Great place to stay! There were 4 of us staying here for UA homecoming. The condo is close to the university without being in the chaos! Within 3 miles of our parking spot to tailgate! The condo is within 2 miles of LOTS of restaurants and shopping. The condo complex is beautiful… lots of green space! The condo itself is very spacious and cozy! Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

This was the perfect stay for us in Tuscaloosa! We frequently come to Tuscaloosa for the football games and this was by far the best place we have stayed at. The location and Airbnb is great, and Dan & Teri were fantastic hosts! We hope to stay here again for our future Tuscaloosa weekends! Roll Tide!

The condo was lovely and perfect for our family of 4 visiting for parents weekend. Everything was new and very well stocked. Kitchen had to go glasses, snacks and delicious cookies! Everything you need for a fun weekend and was walking distance to campus and stadium. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Tuscaloosa! 🌟 Centrally located and easy to get everywhere I needed to be, this place was spotless from top to bottom. The Crimson Tide decor topped off the wonderful condo... Roll Tide! The host was AMAZING: welcoming, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in making sure guests feel right at home. One of my favorite touches? The coffee bar stocked with snacks. it was such a thoughtful and cozy welcome after a long day of travel. Every detail was perfect, and it honestly felt more like a boutique hotel than an Airbnb. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I will *definitely* be booking here again next time I’m in Tuscaloosa! Highly recommend!

Roomy, comfortable. Well decorated. Beds are cozy. Great porch space and interior space. Building has a nice interior atrium style lobby area to sit and socialize if waiting to meet up with people. Enjoyed our stay. Would book again.

The place is very nice. It is clean and modern. True, it is on the 3rd floor, and initially those stairs looked daunting, but it sounds worse than it was. Everything inside looked new and probably bought specifically for it to be used as an Air BnB. There was coffee with creamer and sugar (no filters), toilet paper, and soap. Our trip to the store was mostly only for the food we wanted, plus a roll of paper towels. Wifi and TV worked well. We were in town for a UA football game. The condo is 2 miles from the stadium and it’s a pretty level walk. There were some parts of the walk without a sidewalk, but those were short sections. There are plenty of other people walking that far after a game, and it’s better than sitting in traffic. TIP: When you come through the gate to the community, make an immediate left. Drive to the end and make another left. The building is the second one. The building numbers are not always easy to see, and that will save you from driving around too much.

We would stay at Kim’s again. She was a blessing in a time crunch for our daughter. Kim was a gracious host and very accommodating for our situation. Thank you for being so good to my family during our stay.

Secure and gated community, close to the University we were visiting, and great amenities such as pool and gym.

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and convenient to the stadium, restaurants, and bars.

Great condo. Easy to get into, stairs and elevator as an option to get inside. Great amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Kitchen setup is great. Would stay again but was their for graduation so probably not coming back

Very nice property and close to downtown

Not only a cozy and room place to stay, but a great location with a view of the river. You may not be within walking distance of any shopping or eating, but you are in the perfect position to go anywhere in Tuscaloosa you could want with a speedy 5-6 minute drive no matter where you’re going. Highly recommend for anyone with 4 or more guest.

This condo is perfect for visiting your child while they attend the University of Alabama. The location is close to campus and really close to shopping. The condo is super cute and decorated perfectly for an Alabama fan! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a little confusion with the code to get the key but response was immediate and we were inside cooling off in no time! Would definitely stay here again.
