The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, which are very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, direttamente sul mare a picco sulla scogliera per i veri amanti della pace e della tranquillità, ma non per tutti. Alla Cota Quinta si accede tramite una stradina stretta e in salita ma sufficentemente larga per una macchina e per un furgone per gli autisiti più temerari. Una volta arrivati al parcheggio ci sono almeno 50 gardini per raggiungere gli appartamenti da cui si può accedere direttamente al mare per un tuffo dagli scogli.

Our apartment accommodates a maximum of five people and consists of a large bedroom that accommodates a double and a single bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a very spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The outdoor space is spacious and equipped to enjoy your holidays.

Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Romantic and authentic , the Capraia apartment reflects the nature of the island of the same name, surrounded by a lush garden of succulents and olive trees , enjoys a beautiful view of the Gulf of Lacona . Apartment consists of a large outdoor terrace equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, a barbecue and outdoor shower, a small kitchen with a view, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

My accommodation is located in the Patresi district of the Municipality of Marciana, western part of the Island of Elba, facing Corsica from the terrace you can admire beautiful panoramic views. You will love my place for these reasons: the location, the outdoor spaces and the views, the reserved parking a few meters from the house. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
