Sehr schöne saubere gemütliche Unterkunft. Stefania war immer zu erreichen und super freundlich. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Siamo stati vicino a Roma per trovare amici che si sono trasferiti qui. Abbiamo trovato un alloggio che fosse abbastanza vicino a loro e ci serviva uno spazio fuori poiché abbiamo preso su il cane. La casa è grande e pulita, la cucina non l’abbiamo utilizzata ma aveva tutto il necessario, bagno e camera da letto ottime

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Silvia è stata gentilissima e calorosa nell'accoglienza, super disponibile e carinissima. Nel tragitto dal parcheggio che ci ha indicato ci ha fornito aneddoti e curiosità, consigliandoci un ristorantino ottimo! L'alloggio era pulitissimo e grazie alla sua accoglienza calorosa abbiamo goduto di piacevolissimi aperitivi negli spazi esterni. La centralità dell'alloggio ci ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno rilassante e culturale. Complimenti ancora.

Alex's apartment is extremely comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice sitting/dining room and three terraces on two levels. The photos are very accurate. To enjoy breakfast outside was a real pleasure each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and two shower rooms recently renovated. There was plenty of space for four adults. We knew the area from prior visits, and it is a little removed from the beaches of Santa Severa, being located in a typical residential zone. On-street parking was always available, and the building felt secure. For us, it was an excellent base to visit local friends and travel by train into Rome from the nearby rail station. Alex is extremely helpful and very communicative. We did not have the opportunity to meet, though she was responsive at all times. We would definitely return.

Chris's place is so nice, we loved every minute there. it is very specious, clean and fits the lovely atmosphere of beautiful citta della fieve's old town. highly recommend!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und trotz der kleinen Sprachbarriere war sie freundlich und hat uns alles ausführlich, geduldig und verständlich erklärt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und empfehlen die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter.

Wir waren Ende Mai mit drei Teenagern bei Serena und Giulio zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist klar und gut geschnitten, jeder Schlafbereich verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem Dreibettzimmer kann man direkt auf eine sehr große, teilweise verschattete Terrasse treten. Je nach Wetter und Sonnenlage findet man zu jedem Zeitpunkt einen guten Platz - Sonne, Halbschatten, Schatten, Wind oder Windschatten, für alles gibt es ein Eckchen. Auf der Terrasse ist ein großzügiger Esstisch und drei Gartenliegen, so dass jeder ein Plätzchen findet. Wer sich bewegen möchte, kann eine Runde Tischtennis spielen. Ganz egal wo man sitzt, drinnen oder draussen, auf dem Liegestuhl oder am Tisch: Der Blick über den gepflegten Garten auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Hügel ist unvorstellbar schön. Wer es schafft, sich von dem Blick zu lösen, findet auf der Halbinsel bewirtschaftete und unbewirtschaftete Strände und nette Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke, Serena und Giulio!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement/maison à 3 minutes du centre d'Orvieto. Extrêmement paisible. La petite cour dans la verdure avec les chaises longues est agréable. La maison et le quartier ont du charme. Ayez quand même en tête que si vous êtes trois personnes, le couple dans la chambre du fond est obligé de passer par la pièce où se trouve le lit à une place pour aller dans le reste de l'appartement et en particulier dans la salle d'eau. Cela peut être un problème. Accueil ponctuel et sympatique de Camilla. Nombreuses adresses de restaurants et recommandations de visites touristiques.

Floriana’s villa was amazing. They views were breathtaking and she went out of her way to make it special. She arranged for a wine tasting and a scavenger hunt for our kids while we tasted some of Umbria’s finest. The kitchen was great and they even provided a staff member to set up a fire so we could cook a couple of amazing steaks on an open fire outside. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds were perfect for us to take walks in the AM and even open space for our kids to play. There was plenty of room inside and you could easily have two families of 5 each feel comfortable. Floriana also set up a wonder pasta making class and to quote my wife - it was one of the best experiences she has had as a family on vacation.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Kian and Cristiano are very helpful. They answered all my questions very quickly. The apartment was very easy to access. Although it is not very close to the city center, there are many buses within a 6-7 minute walk. I was very pleased.

If there was a Five Star Airbnb experience, this would be it. First off, Jacopo and Tony were just so welcoming. They ensured our arrival from airport to the Airbnb was seamless. Jacopo gave us a flexible check in. They so kindly helped carry in our luggage! Greeting us was a welcome gift and we had a personal tour of the space. Their Rome Manual was easily the most professional resource I've ever seen. The space itself was so tastefully decorated. There's a very convenient lift. The neighborhood was quiet. The patio space was spacious. The beds were very comfortable (so was the couch!) and the showers had great water pressure. The washer and dryer were easy to use. We actually had an issue (independent of Airbnb) and Jacopo thoughtfully looked into helping us out. We really felt this was a highly professional team and I really could just list so many other aspects we greatly enjoyed. It was truly, truly a special experience. Thank you so much Jacopo!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. We will be glad to come back. Thanks!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement d’Anna Maria et Marco. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Marco avec des petites attentions de bienvenue. L’appartement en plus d’être fonctionnel et joliment décoré est très calme et lumineux. La terrasse est très agréable. Je vous recommande fortement cet appartement pour votre prochain séjour à Rome.
