Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The place had everything you needed to be comfortable, very clean and with really comfortable beds. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican and with several food places nearby. Andrea, the host, was very kind and was always available for whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We loved this apartment! It's pleasant and stylishly furnished and was perfect for my husband and me to explore the area, which is walking distance to the Vatican and surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and gelaterie of Rome. Giorgio was communicative and informative and attentive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. Renato was very communicative and helped us with many things. Also, his appartement has many opportunities, fully equipped kitchen and impeccable bathroom. There was even a complimentary wine! The location was perfect especially for those who want to visit Vatican.

Luigi's place was the perfect location for our family of five. Central and within walking distance to everything you want to see. You can practically see the Pantheon as soon as you walk out the door! Clean, all the amenities you could want, and best of all a host who is enthusiastic about making sure you and your family have all you need to get the most out of your trip to Rome!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Mimma and Claudia’s property was a great find in Rome. It’s in a quiet part of Rome (Prati district)…away from the crowds. It’s close to the Ottoviano Metro station (5-10 min walk), which makes it very easy to get around Rome and it’s a short walk to the Vatican. The surrounding community and restaurants were full of locals, grocery store across the street from the property, local boutique stores in the area. A great location. As for the the property, it’s is very spacious we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) - this property has 3 bedrooms - 1 with and en-suite bathroom (for the adults) and our boys each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning which was great. My wife and I used the outside terrace every night to enjoy drinks and talk about our day. The hosts have rightly earned the title of AirBnB Super-hosts. They were the most organized hosts we met on our trip…highly recommend this property for privacy but easy access to all of Rome.

We absolutely loved our stay at Corso 37. It had all the amenities one needs, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. After long days exploring in hot weather, coming back to the home was so nice and relaxing. The location is very convenient and the booking process from beginning to end, was smooth and seamless. Sandro was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions that we had. He put together a wonderful book outlining everything from restaurants to what to expect at places of interest. We got there early and he met us at the apartment and allowed us to store our baggage until the apartment was cleaned. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling and planning on seeing the Vatican.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The location was perfect, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We would definitely love to return. I did notice that it would be helpful to have a few more lamps in the master bedroom, as I had a bit of trouble finding good lighting for my makeup. The host was absolutely lovely and very accommodating, which made our stay even better!

Beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean apartment close to the Vatican, walkable in 10 mins and plenty of local buses. Daniela gave us a host of recommendations- we tried 3 of them and 100% agree they’re great places to eat - Mae for breakfast, Conviviale for dinner, both just across the road, and Mimi & Coco, hip and happening near Piazza Navone. So comfortable- we’d love to have stayed longer.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!

We spent 3 nights and everything went well. We were able to park the car nearby and did everything by train. Train station 15 minutes' walk. Pleasant stay. Ale available at will. We recommend
