Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. Villa by the pond

Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Studio apartment in a peaceful area in Niinivaara

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

Villa Tuulikki

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy majapaikasta.
