Relax in the soft steam of the large SAUNA in this apartment in a quiet location. In the bedrooms, waiting for you to PREPARE the beds with pillowcases. Big bedroom with good 180 x 200 cm double bed + big Smart TV, smaller bedroom with 2 high quality 80 x 200 cm beds. In the fireplace room you will find a refrigerator, a water point, a microwave, a water and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed from the sofa bed in the fireplace room (80+80). Coffee, tea and final cleaning with dishes are included in the price!

To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Hakoniemi - Old log house in Northern Saimaa

”Hako” stands for a spruce tree or a tree lying in the swamp or in the water, waiting for clearing. Hakoniemi is a coniferous peninsula in North Karelia, located in the inland archipelago of Northern Saimaa. The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene. Palju käytössä lisähinnasta 70€. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Poikkeustilanteessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta erillisveloituksella.

A typical Finnish summer hut with a large panoramic window to the lake. Cozy but simple amenities. Small kitchen and electricity available. Two sleeping bunks above each other with mattresses for up to 4 people each and an extra bed in the lower sleeping loft. On the grounds there is also a private guest cabin, where 2 people can comfortably stay. Outside eco toilet. The hut has its own sauna with wood burning, a fireplace inside and an outdoor terrace.

A 100-year-old log cabin with comforts of year-round living in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating.
