Everything about the place was perfect. The location is quiet and peaceful, the terrace is a great place to relax or work, and the house is clean and well-appointed. The hosts were lovely, and accommodated every request without hesitating. We look forward to staying here again!

Our stay at Iancu's property was truly delightful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made our days filled with sun and sand so convenient. Iancu and his son, Costin, were both great to deal with, always friendly and helpful. In short, they are gracious hosts, always available and incredibly flexible with our needs, making us feel right at home. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we had an easy time navigating and enjoying the space. The access to beach umbrellas and chairs was the icing on the cake, making our beach days even more relaxing. We would happily stay at Iancu's property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beachside retreat, or a stay in Constanta, esp. for those with kids and pets! The communication with George was smooth and effortless. It was my parents' first time traveling alone, and George and his family gave them a warm welcome. They were picked up from the train station in the evening and brought them to the accommodation. George was always available for any questions. The room had everything needed for a short stay, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Thank you George for taking such good care of my parents!

I actually booked the flat for my mom and she was amazed with the service and confort, plus Ana's attention to detail when it comes to interior design and equipping the room with all the necessary elements! The pools are nice and close to beach and restaurants

Very nice place, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with one large terrace and one large balcony, located in a wooded area which adds more comfort during the hot periods. Conveniently located from the beach, 5-7 minutes walk depending on your pace. Sorin is easy to get along with and if needed he is available without bugging you. Will be back if in the area again.

The hosts are very kind and flexible. The place is extremely clean! Perfectly equipped, great AC and good shower pressure. Everything is new and well thought. Amazing getaway!

Everything is just great. The housing has everything you would need. The 2 beds would be large enough for 4 people. Kitchen has all the things you would need. Walking distance to Techerghiol lake. You can take the car to the seaside and park down on the beach. The beach is free of annoying bars and chairs you find in other places. Plain old sand for you to enjoy. The only minus is if you have trouble sleeping in a bit of noise, since the accommodation is exactly near the principal highway and it is kind of noisy. Take some ear plugs and you should be fine.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as describe, cozy and very comfortable. It’s also incredibly pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Nicola was a fantastic host helpful, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend! And we will definitely come back.

It is a great place to enjoy nature, in a quiet place. The cabins are absolutely stunning. Very nice decorated with a special attention to details.

I need to thank you to our host for all the extra help she gave us in order for us to have a comfortable staying and no stress with coming and leaving to the train station. We are very happy with our staying at this special location, and also very happy with the price and the condition of the apartment. We managed well with all the equipment and amenities we had at disposal. Everything was very clean, fresh and cozy, and we felt just like home! We rested well and had all our expectations met!
