Simple and newly renovated cottage with outdoor shower and good old-fashioned two-seater outhouse. Large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or a drink on the terrace in the evening, a good place to relax. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Only bathroom outside. Possibilities for renting a canoe, paddle board, kayak or guided cruise in the archipelago in and around Risør.

Idyllic place with large tumble space and a short distance to the lake where there are fishing and bathing opportunities. There are great hiking opportunities from trails and roads from the cabin. And there are good opportunities to pick berries and mushrooms in the woods or to meet deer. The accommodation is very centrally located to Tvedestrand city center, while it is undisturbed. It is a 10-minute walk to a great outdoor sports facility at Mjåvann with a sand volleyball court, skate park, running track and football pitch, and a water park at Tjenna.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, completely secluded with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Gode bade og fiskemuligheter fra felles bryggeanlegg og barnevennlige badestrender i nærheten. Godt utstyrt for lek, avslapning samt matlaging. For nysgjerrige og aktive er det utallige muligheter for kyststier, øy-utflukter, sykling, skogsturer, padling, båtliv, restaurantbesøk, se vakre sørlandsperler, klatrepark, Raet nasjonalpark, Kristiansand dyrepark. Boathouse by the lake

Koselig båthus i idylliske Tvedestrand. Båthuset/leiligheten ligger helt i sjøkanten, med tilgang til privat brygge, kajakker og hage/hagemøbler. Området er stille og rolig. Skikkelig Sørlandsidyll. Nærhet til, blant annet, Lyngør. Båthuset er best egnet for 2 personer å oppholde seg i lengre perioder. Men det kan legges tilrette for spiseplass, sofa og sengeplass/sovesofa til 4 personer ved behov. Kajakker til 3 personer( 1 + 2) fra mai-september. Kajakker er ikke tilgjengelig oktober-april.

Campingvogn med spikertelt på Sørlandet feriesenter i Risør. 7 soveplasser, 2 dobbeltsenger, 3 enkelsenger(som egner seg for barn) Vi har dyner og puter, ikke sengetøy. Plassen har badestrand, bassengområde, butikk, minigolf, lekeplass, fotballbinge, volleyballbane, båtutleie. Kort tur til Risør sentrum. Mye gøy å finne på i nærområdet. Toalett i campingvogn benyttes ikke. Fint sanitæranlegg og bassengområde rett bak vognen. Håndkler og sengetøy må medbringes. Utvask utføres av gjestene

Cozy cabin on Tromøy with rowboat & jetty.

Koselig hytte i Skarestrand på Tromøy med egen robåt og bryggeplass som gir deg muligheten til å oppleve RAET naturreservat og skjærgården. Motor kan leies. Hytten ligger tilbaketrukket fra sjøen med få minutters gange (ca. 250 meter) og alle fasiliteter. Bryggeplassen er i gåavstand, men en kan også kjøre bil. Hytten er plassert i et flott turområde med flere badestrender i nærheten. Det er mulighet til å leie seg inn i oppvarmet badstu like ved hytten. Parkeringsplasser medfølger.

Holiday fun at the lakefront Båtbu1960

Beautiful summer place by the water - in the middle of Sørlandsidyllen! Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. The boathouse was built in 1960, with a boat garage and a small part where you could spend the night. Today it is still used as a boat garage and boat storage in the winter. The rental part was upgraded, most recently in 2019. Direct exit from the kitchen to nice terraces, small sandy beach and jetty. Evening sun and sun all day!

Cabin near the lake with great views and boat (for rent)

The cabin is located on Tverrdalsøya with a great view of Eikelandsfjorden. The cabin has two separate sleeping annexes, one with a large double bed and a bunk bed and one with a double bed and a beautiful view of the lake. Inside the main cabin there is a combined TV room/bedroom, where there is a sofa bed, in addition to a smaller bedroom with a good single bed. Our boat (Yamarin 4300) can be rented for NOK 2,000/weekend and NOK 3,500/week.

Cozy forest cabin in peaceful surroundings. The cabin belongs to Langmyr farm, and is located by itself in a cultural landscape. In the grazing season, the cows roam in the area, but the cabin is fenced. Electricity is available, but not water. Water in jugs is ready upon arrival and there is a dishwashing sink in the kitchen. The cabin also has a pleasant outhouse. Firewood is included in the woodshed. Free WiFi.

Great newer cabin with lake views.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) on Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the lake. The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
