I stayed in this sweet little bungalow while visiting my son, daughter-in-law and my new baby grand-daughter. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect home base. From the moment I arrived, the place felt like a warm hug. It’s soft, quiet, and full of charm. Everything inside is thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped.—from complete kitchen to a very comfortable bedroom with a king-sized bed and a flat screen tv on the wall. The living space was cozy and inviting, a gorgeous couch with soft blankets and a gentle atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a joyful (and sometimes exhausting!) day of baby cuddles and family time. It was close enough to visit my family each day with ease, but still offered a peaceful space to retreat to and recharge. It truly felt like a little sanctuary. For any family coming to town to be near loved ones, this bungalow is the perfect spot.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Chad’s place to others. The bed was super comfortable and the location was close to cute cafes and a walking path leading to the river / dt.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it! It’s a cute little place with a cozy feel and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which we appreciated. While it was a tiny bit dusty and not spotless, it wasn’t a big issue for us - overall it was a great and welcoming spot. Would definitely stay again!

Thanks to Dale for hosting us on a special trip - a high school graduation and a birthday. The house was a perfect base and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking at a trip to the Twin Cities. Quiet (Despite proximity to MSP), handy for the Mall of America and has all the mod cons you need that aren’t feasible to pack - I’d like us - you were travelling by train. Iron and ironing board, firewood, all kitchen utensils, bed linens, you name it. The house is clean and well kept and the instructions for staying there are clear and easy to follow. We really did have a most excellent time and that was in no small part to the high-quality accommodation laid on by Dale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale’s place to would-be travellers. In terms of location, the house itself and the helpfulness of the host I honestly could not have asked for better. Beautifully maintained space and super clean. The added touches of providing tea, coffee and a few snacks made this a very pleasant stay. Also, everything in the house was nicer quality. So many owners provide low quality amenities. Angela took the care to provide a welcoming space filled with nice items. Just having tissues in every room helped make this feel more like home. Location is also close to many nice local restaurants and bars. Overall a perfect stay.

Easy check in, home owners are quick and responsive, clean home, easy and secure access.

We have just had two wonderful weeks in this exceptional apartment. From the moment we opened the door it felt like home. Colleen and Aaron have gone above and beyond to make this such a comfortable, stylish and welcoming space and we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our holiday. As soon as we booked, we had such friendly messages from them and this continued during the time we were there. They are perfect hosts and definitely deserve five plus stars! We hope to return next year and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting accommodation in Minneapolis.

This home is located in a beautiful area, close to everything. We loved the historic nature of the home. Everything was clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable. Nancy greeted us when we walked in and was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely would stay here again!

I loved staying at Brenda’s place! My only regret was not being able to stay longer. Brenda was so very helpful even lending me her own personal cookware since I had a lot of baking to do! The yard is gorgeous and the neighborhood has so many attractions within walking distance! Try staying g here-you’ll love it!

Thomas was an excellent host, had great communication and the place was very well kept. There’s a park right down the road in walking distance as well!

I stayed for close to two weeks. It's a very convenient location, although not walkable in the sense of getting to coffee shops, restaurants. Victoria was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was well-suited for me. It is uncluttered and had everything I needed. It was very clean, nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. I have no hesitation recommending Victoria's unit.

I was on the road for 23 hours before finally arriving at Tina’s. It was my first time to Minnesota and I am very glad that I chose her place for my family and I. It was peaceful, clean, quiet and very homely. We slept so soundly. It felt as though I hadn’t left home in how at peace we were. Tina responded to any queries I had promptly. I was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside for me was that I didn’t book her place for a longer time. I am definitely going back for a longer visit. If you’re still reading this please book already before someone else takes your dates. You won’t regret it one bit! 😀

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great location, easy street parking, and there is everything you need in the apartment though it is quite small.

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

This was a lovely apartment. Very comfortable. Extremely clean and modern. I would love to stay here again.

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.

I loved the spaciousness of the unit in this beautiful Victorian house. It is in the beautiful Irvine Park district. It is close to the lively West 7th district and to the shops and pubs along the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! This was a very comfortable apartment for two of us and it’s spacious enough to be comfortable for more guests too. I especially appreciated the full working kitchen, high efficiency laundry facilities, and great temperature controls, lots of very soft throw blankets, and ample WiFi. We both worked from the apartment and sometimes both had Zoom meetings at once, and there was never an issue. We hope to be back! This place is a keeper.
