Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Escape to this charming lakefront cottage offering breathtaking views and direct water access. Enjoy a private dock for swimming, fishing, or kayaking, and relax on the spacious patio or by the cozy firepit. A nearby boat launch ensures effortless lake adventures. For family fun, Michigan’s Adventure, the state’s largest amusement and water park, is just a short drive away. This peaceful retreat blends comfort with outdoor excitement, making it ideal for nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.

Quiet East Muskegon home in the woods

This is our personal home that we don't live in from spring - fall. Its a quiet area in the woods on a little creek. Perfect for bonfires or just a place to rest. Sitting back about a half mile off the road about the only noise you'll hear at night is maybe the wolves howling at the near by wolf sanctuary. We are only a 15 minute drive to anywhere in Muskegon. We can set up a private boat tour for up to 8 of Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan for $100/2 hrs. Note: There is no full kitchen.

Lakefront 3BR w/ Tiki Bar + Blackstone + Beach

This well-appointed 3BDR on Middle Lake has a backyard made for enjoying the great outdoors. With a full outdoor kitchen (gas AND charcoal grill, plus griddle!) you’ll be able to whip up the kind of family meals that make memories. All lakes in Twin Lake are residential but public access is available close by. See my guidebook for lakes access (this is not water front). For anglers, boaters, and beach lovers, hunters, color tourists, trail runners, seekers of and adventure, culture, arts and entertainment, this place is a gem.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

This lovely beach-chic farmhouse is conveniently located in the lakeside district where you can stroll the Muskegon bike trail while taking in the Muskegon sunset. This home has 2 bedrooms, with King and Queen beds, 1 full bathroom, and spacious living, dining, and kitchen available. The backyard is perfect for entertaining around the fire pit and grilling up some delicious food. Pet friendly (maximum of 2).

D & R Country Cottage

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful, secluded cottage. Five minutes from US 31 highway and Whitehall yet completely in a country setting. Fifteen minutes from Michigan Adventures, Bluelake Fine Arts Camp and Owasippe Boy Scout camp. Close to the Manistee National forest. We are 10 minutes from quaint Whitehall, Whitelake and Montague Michigan. Lake Michigan beaches are just 15 minutes away.
