Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage and said to have been part of the old Fort Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. This precious cottage is located just steps away from the beach and the famous Chu's Department store. With 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large living area, a back deck under a large shaded pecan tree and an outdoor shower with a dressing room. It simply can't get any better than this!
