The house is on a farm, where the host also lives, in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Here is unique nature with many hiking opportunities, where the famous Kongevegen must be mentioned as the first priority, Borgund stave church is another well-known attraction, which is just nearby. Borgundselva river flows right past the house, where you can buy a fishing license. There is also a small private beach that you can use.

The apartment is located just off the Otrøvannet where it is popular to fish in the summer and kite in the winter. The ski tracks run right outside the building and you have access on miles of trails. It is also nice to go mountain skiing in the area and a short way to the ski resort.

Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård. Om vinteren, for de mest eventyrlystne, er det også mulighet for isbading(kun mulig i spesielle sesonger)! Etterpå kan du slappe av i badstuen (ekstra kostnad).
