Our space is a beautifully restored historic ballroom that inhabits the entire third floor of this 1800's downtown building. It's a rare find that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will now find 3 separate bedrooms, all with queen beds. One of the bedrooms is a loft style room that overlooks the ballroom, which is now open concept kitchen, dining and living area. You will find one full bathroom and another half bathroom. There are also two separate work spaces in the apartment.

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

***brand new hot tub*** A little two bedroom wooden cabin. Enjoy a crisp, cool morning with a cup of coffee. Enjoy the views of color changing mountains. Warm up in the hot tub under the stars. Have a nice warm cup of apple cider by the bonfire overlooking the mountains. Bring your atv and enjoy adventure riding in the back country of Wirt county. After a long day, cuddle up on the couch and watch a move in front of the fireplace. 4wd required a steep driveway.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. No words can say how wonderful Shane and Deanna's hospitality was. We had a large group that we were getting together for annual Father's Day weekend camping trip and at the last minute our accommodations fell through and we were scrambling to find somewhere that could host 20 people. the hosts at Cole's Green Acres were fantastic, very accommodating, and just overall an absolute delight. We were all super happy with the setup, especially since it rained tremendous amounts during the weekend we stayed. In fact, Shane even stated that this is the worst rain storms they've had in years! But we made it through and it was honestly so much fun hanging out underneath the Pavilion during the rain storms, watching the children run around playing in the rain, and then calming down at the fire pit just listening to music. To say that we loved our experience and appreciated the hospitality that Shane and Deanna provided would be an understatement. The amenities were more than listed! <3 you guys!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It felt so cozy as soon as I walked in. It's in a private location which is nice and eases the mind after traveling through larger cities. The place was extremely clean and offered more than the essentials, I was amazed! Janice is very helpful and quick to reply. I enjoyed my stay here, and would recommend it to anyone!

The place is very cozy and peaceful. A lot of outdoor seatings with very nice decor. Beds are comfortable and plenty. If you like quiet, this is the place for you. Brian is friendly and gave us some very useful information about the area. He also has dogs and cat. They came to great you every morning. Please make sure to communicate with Brian for direction before you proceed getting there.

Pat's Butterfly Hill home was a perfect place to relax for a night on a long cross-country trip. There were several little touches that made you feel at home and would help if you arrived late or left early (snacks, instant oatmeal, instant ramen and mac and cheese). The home was meticulously cared for. Sheets and towels were crisp and clean. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. Pat was proactive and contacted us with needed information. She even contacted us to let us know a dome light was on in our car. I would heartily recommend Pat's home for anyone staying in the area.
