Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Cabin by the sea

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Please read the house rules before booking!

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

The farmhouse

Welcome to Bergsåker which is 10 min by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road towards the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car and you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rate. Free parking in the yard.

Private and nice Swedish cabin – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or rent our bikes.

Those who wish to rent will also get access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowing boat with simpler fishing equipment as well as kayaking. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Relax in this peaceful home in rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields of Berga village. Within a few km there is the sea, Bergafjärdens beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The Njurunda urban area with shops and communication (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
