The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. Welcome to our charming detached house with sauna. Walking distance to both sea and lake. The house was built in 2018 and is divided into two floors with solid underfloor heating. The house has a modern, fresh kitchen that is fully equipped. The house is furnished with a dining table and chairs, outdoor furniture, a double bed, a sofa bed and a 43-inch TV. The house offers free parking (several spaces are available). The lawn below the house can also be used by guests. Bus that runs nearby takes you smoothly into Gullmarsplan.

Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking spaces next to the house, which of course is fully equipped in every possible way. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Only 25 minutes by car to Stockholm city if you want to explore the city and 10 minutes to lovely hiking trails in Tyresta National Park.

Our main house is located above and is mainly used on weekends. 4WD is recommended for the steep driveway, but it is also possible without one if you have enough momentum going up the hill.
