You live in a house where the upper floor of 50 m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, toilet and shower room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with the little extras for those who like to cook. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which you reach via a floor hatch and narrow stairs. A terrace of approx. 35 m2 surrounds the house, there is a pavilion with outdoor furniture and a gas grill available during the summer. The house is located on a 2800 m2 natural plot. To the southeast it borders the Sandholmarna nature reserve and the other sides border Dyviksvägen and Örigenhamnsvägen.

Come and stay in our cozy pool house in scenic Älta, Nacka! Separate house of 25 sqm located on our property. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the permit. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 m from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Guest house of 30 square meters in a high position in the middle of the peninsula with walking distance to lovely swimming in both the sea and lake. On the peninsula, there are several nature reserves where forests and dramatic rock formations offer beautiful viewpoints and hiking. The nature and silence make this a very relaxing place. Stockholm can be reached in 30 minutes by car, by bus in 60 minutes. On the front, there is a balcony and garden that provides privacy from the main building. On the back is a newly-built terrace overlooking the forest.

The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. Welcome to our charming detached house with sauna. Walking distance to both sea and lake. The house was built in 2018 and is divided into two floors with solid underfloor heating. The house has a modern, fresh kitchen that is fully equipped. The house is furnished with a dining table and chairs, outdoor furniture, a double bed, a sofa bed and a 43-inch TV. The house offers free parking (several spaces are available). The lawn below the house can also be used by guests. Bus that runs nearby takes you smoothly into Gullmarsplan.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
