Lo mejor del apartamento, es la vista del lago, esta ubicado en el 10mo. nivel, las fotos de la página son reales, muy buena ubicación, tiene parqueo, acceso a la piscina, Jacuzzi y la playa del hotel. Cerca de la Reserva de Atitlan y de otros hoteles que brindan el servicio de Restaurante, el pueblo Panajachel esta a 5 minutos en vehiculo. Glenda atendío nuestro requerimiento, fácil check in y check out.

I will be saving this place for the next time I come to visit! Everything is close by, all within walking distance. The house was everything that we needed , like paradise. ❤️

A beautiful, comfortable , well appointed home set in the midst of the most breathtaking vista you could imagine. The view of the lake and volcanos is expansive and ever changing with the time and weather, but always awe inspiring. The pool and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat after a day of exploring! The interior was sparkling clean and very comfortable.

property is beautiful & peaceful, the sunrise view is incredible! david was very communicative and gave many local recommendations. miguel was so attentive to anything we needed and lino was an amazing tuktuk contact.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

Beautiful house right on the lake, bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the kitchen and lounge open air as that’s where I want to be when at the lake. We enjoyed the dogs, the friendly old cat and all the birds. Tons of flowers. Elaine was very helpful with trail info and a boat contact. We didn’t end up kayaking this time but you’re perfectly situated to do so.

This home was incredible! Not only is the location fantastic - private, right on the lake, easy to drive to, walkable to San Marcos - but it is decorated, furnished and staffed to feel like a luxury getaway. I would recommend taking the staff up on the option to have a chef and massage therapist come during your stay. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was the perfect getaway for our family and we look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! Daniel, our concierge, was always a text away and very responsive. Maria the housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, even in exchanging Queztales for us! The house had everything we needed. Just as pictured. Updated decor and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were small. The house had no walking access to the lake. The lake views were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi watching the sunset! The way up was very narrow and steep but well worth the spectacular views! Daniel’s instructions on how to get there were very detailed, but I suggest arriving early since the drive up can be tricky, so buy everything you need for your stay before arriving. Daniel helped us rent a boat for the whole day that took us around the lake and to San Juan, a picturesque village on the other side of the lake. Restaurant/bar nearby highly recommend Kinnik in Santa Catarina for drinks and appetizers and the empanadas from Terrazas Rst. Overall, a great stay with family!

Blue Sky casa is absolutely beautiful. Stunning inside and out, with beautiful views of the lake and volcanoes. Stayed with my family of five and had plenty of room to enjoy our family time together. The house was super clean with nice furnishings. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall the house was perfect for us and I would highly recommend for families, couples, groups. The location is close to the lake, about 8 minutes walking distance. You can only reach the house by climbing up steep steps, about 30 of them so you should be prepared for that. It was worth it for us and not a problem but it definitely would be difficult for some. Beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Would love to stay again in the future.

We would be more than happy to return. The garden is beautiful and very private. The host was very prompt with a question we had about wood for the sauna. In the evening, the lighting in the main room was low. Making it slightly difficult to read a book. The sheets on the bed were fantastic. Nice thick, crisp sheets.

Beautiful, cozy place. Well equipped with everything, one needs for a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, looked exactly like the pictures. The place itself is very nice and private. It's near a few landmarks and several restaurants. Absolutely worth it!

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.

Jaime resolvio las necesidades que tuvimos, muy atento y la casa tal cual las fotos, limpia, ordenada, el condominio muy seguro!!!

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything great the 24 hour security feels nice & the parking right in front is hard to find in Antigua. WiFi works best from second floor. Nice small patio outdoor area & close enough to walk places. She has a nice few selection of books in English to read while at your stay too which was a nice touch. Nice hot water. Only wish was that they had laundry detergent & an iron that usually other air bnbs do have but nonetheless sweet host & felt safe staying here as a woman
