The apartment is very nice, clean and very well maintained, the right size to be well livable. Claudia is a host who stands out for her friendliness, sympathy and availability, and is able to make guests feel welcomed as if they were at home. The apartment is in a quiet area full of nature, but at the same time very close to the central square of Castelnuovo Rangone and to several roads that lead both to the beautiful landscapes of the Emilian Apennines and to Modena. Highly recommended, if possible I will gladly return.

We liked the accommodation very much, the new kitchen was very well equipped and invited us to cook thanks to the large work surface and the diverse cooking utensils. The bathroom was very narrow but everything was new and had a spacious shower at ground level. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning made the hot days very pleasant. The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring the surrounding towns by car. There were numerous very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The only downside was the neighbors, who were very loud not only during the day but also at night. The doors were constantly slammed, they shouted at each other and the music was very loud. The parking lot is also sufficient for large cars. We also noticed the smell that other guests noticed, albeit only slightly and very limited to the living room. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable.

For a Ferrari connoisseur this place is perfect. Beautiful condominium that’s exceptionally modern and functional. Two beautiful rooms, so many surprises with actual Ferrari parts and accessories. Incredible living room with large HD TV. Very functional kitchen and nice bathroom. The host was incredibly kind, informative and helpful. We highly recommend this place for true Ferrari or motorsport aficionados.

Great home for a getaway! Very clean, fully equipped, in a quiet area. It's exactly as it appears in the photos. Luca was great at instructions and overall communication. It made us feel welcome. The view from the windows of the house is amazing! We didn't have any problems! It's worth staying there.

Isella’s apartment is exactly as pictured. She was very welcoming and helped ensure a great night. She set up chairs and a table for us to enjoy sitting outside and having a glass of wine. We only stayed one night so we could visit Ferrari museum which is about 10 minutes away. The house is clean and great views. We were very comfortable in the apartment. We would recommend you stay at her home.

The place is brand new and even better than in pictures. Great for both short and long stays as it has everything you need. Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is easy to find with only downside being that the street is quite busy, but to be fair, we did visit during the F1 weekend. Great choice of location for all Ferrari fans.
