House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The Maison Barbarenque in Provence is perched like an eagle's nest, on the Monts de Vaucluse, between Luberon and Mont Ventoux, from where you can contemplate vast horizons ranging from the Cévennes to a panorama of the Dentelles de Montmirail. This former 18th century sheepfold will seduce you with its atypical and bright layout. From the terrace you will have access to your private (unheated) swimming pool, its beach and its arbor.
