The apartment is about 70 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a townhouse, not far from the Ueckermünde Old Town. This is within walking distance approx. 5 minutes away. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There is 1 bedroom, 1 children's room, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. The in-house flower and herb garden invites you to linger and is guarded by Fridolin the cat. A foosball table, games and books are at your disposal. Bikes can be rented for a fee.

The ideal place for your break is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard make you forget the stress of everyday life. Not infrequently do deer or cranes close to their hustle and bustle. The brick house built in 1912 is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach to Ueckermünde.

The train station is also within walking distance and offers convenient direct connections to Berlin, Greifswald and Stralsund.

We offer you a newly renovated and elegantly furnished 25 m² 1-room apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is equipped with a pantry kitchen, including a microwave and dishwasher, CD player, large full HD TV and a high-pressure coffee maker. Garden furniture and umbrella are on the terrace.

Our farm is in a secluded location picturesquely surrounded by fields with a wide view over gentle hills that do not allow boredom to arise. You can relax wonderfully here. Cranes, frogs and crickets alternate in the background throughout the year. Anyone who vacations with us between April and September can get their fill of the flight skills of the barn swallows. Deer sometimes come into the garden and enjoy fallen apples in autumn.

What is important to us: We rent out our beloved oasis in the countryside here. If you click through the photos, you can already guess: With a lot of passion, we have not set up an interchangeable vacation home here, but a house with many design elements and great details.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

We welcome you in a two-storey, 150 year old brick house which has been lovingly restored by us. The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and is for 2-4 persons. There is the possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom. The rooms can be comfortably heated by a tiled stove, wood is available.
