Our Scandinavian modern-vintage hideaway is tucked away at the edge of the forest. Open the sliding door and have breakfast with the sounds of birds, the scent of pine, and squirrels all around you. Large glass doors, Danish designer furniture, a rain shower, and a barista corner provide luxurious comfort in the middle of nature. Outside, you can enjoy a shower or bath under the pine trees, relax in the hammock, and have a fire pit under the starry sky. The Gorsselse Heide and the historic Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are just around the corner.

Alpacadroom is a unique location at the edge of the village and the Speulderbos. Our cozy vacation home can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. The spacious living room features a complete kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. Overlooking our alpaca grasslands.

Completely in the style of the house, renovated apartment in a detached 1920s house. Literally everything is available, washer/dryer combination, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, internet (Wi-Fi, but also fixed connections), Ziggo Horizon box, air conditioning. All you need to bring is your own clothes, toothbrush and the holiday feeling. Centrally located. Walking distance to city center (15 min.), to forests (30 min.), to supermarket (10 min.). 2 bicycles are provided.

Maja's Hideaway, deep in private fairytale woods

Maja's Hideaway is set deep in our large private forest. Handmade out of many reclaimed materials by Jaap, and personally designed to blend into the glorious high trees by Lucinda, with 10.5m metres of glass so you can watch the animals pass by from the sofa. The terrace is a morning sun trap for a great yoga and meditation session followed by breakfast to the birdsong chorus. Perfect for a couple (plus baby in cot) or 2 friends. Beautiful authentic property built in 1895 in the center of Apeldoorn. Shops, restaurants, market and the station are all within walking distance. The fully furnished studio has a sleeping and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be made into two single beds. The living area has a separate dining area in the conservatory next to a cozy sitting area.
