The apartment is located in an old merchant's farm from 1871 with a large adjoining garden, where the apartment is decorated in the former merchant's shop. From Ommestrup, where the merchant's farm is located, it is quick to get to the beach and it only takes half an hour to drive to Aarhus and Ebeltoft. The light rail runs from Mørke (distance 1.5 km.) The other residents of the merchant's farm are an adult and three children aged 9-15, as well as two cats (Flora and Hermione). Kick back and relax in this cozy home. You and your family will live in very quiet surroundings overlooking fields and sea, starry nights and moonlight in the sea. Private courtyard with dining area, barbecue and fire pit, the lawn garden itself is our private. Approx. 500 meters to the water and 800 meters to the beach with bridge. At the same time, you are close to the beach/forest and the city. Aarhus and Ebeltoft can be reached within 25 minutes, and Djurs Sommerland in 20 minutes. Kalø Golf Club 1.5 km away, Rønde and the castle ruins 5 km.

Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

It's a small village with 5 farms. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km. ) Large common area with grass. A bit away from it all. But a nice and friendly environment.
