Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ugento

The peace and seclusion in nature was very nice. Especially the many ways to spend time outside on the terrace and in the garden. Bird chirping included... Everything very private, you are on your own. Due to cool and wet weather, we also had to dodge inwards. Especially here it was worth being in this beautiful house. We were also very comfortable there. Marco is a very friendly, reliable and helpful host. Thank you and all the best, Marco!

It was a pleasure staying there. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a very nice floor plan. The self-built rooms were very appealing and the outdoor area invited you to linger.

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

We relaxed the minute we walked down the stairs to the house and saw the beautiful view over the Adriatic. Our group of two couples loved the many outdoor areas, the comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Great to have a BBQ too. Vincenzo and Giulia were fantastic hosts and were very helpful. Castro is a lovely town on the south coast and we definitely recommend Casa Le Radici.

The description of the apartment corresponded exactly with what we found, William was always present for any unexpected event and to advise, apartment in a strategic location and in front of a spectacular sea, highly recommended

We had the most amazing time at the Masseria! The property is beautifully curated … rooms full of character and quirky details, spacious and most of all homely . The large outdoor area allows for al fresco dining and plenty of socialising. Beautiful pool area and gardens …the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you Francesca for creating such a wonderful home and allowing us to share it !

Had a great stay at Marco’s place in Lecce. It’s in one of the nicest spots in town with two great bars in the square by the Greek church, but also very near everything. Marco communicated well and the instructions to get in the apartment were clear. Yes there is music in the square at night but this didn’t bother us too much even though it went on quite late. Would stay here again if I went to Lecce.

Absolutely incredible time at Enrica’s home, I think this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Super central in the historic centre but so quiet, large comfortable beds, amazing balcony, plus the home is so much bigger than the photos! I hope to be back very soon and would recommend 100%. Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have left us wanting to know them more, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very kind and gentle, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. Large apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, clean and in a quiet surrounding. Nice rooftop with kitchen, 360 sea view! A washing machine and an iron would be useful when you stay a few nights.

Very, very nice apartment with everything you need, including a great balcony. The location is great, everything is within walking distance and we felt very comfortable overall.

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

A wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean. The main bedroom is on the street so is quite loud at night and in the early morning, but the location is amazing for exploring. The staircase is tight and steep, but no problem for us. A lovely, well furnished, shaded deck upstairs. We were getting multiple messages a day from the lady who checked us in. About putting out garbage etc. Maybe all this info in one message would be better than constant messaging. But other than that we really had a wonderful stay.

Being an excellent host ,Guiseppe was waiting for us when we arrived in order to guide us and give us the necessary information for the proper functioning of the apartment . We loved and appreciated that he shares with us the history of his beautiful home,transmitted to his family for a very long time ,as well as the transformations he has made there. We were looking for a quiet place in a good location and we found it in Carpignano , a great base for visiting the area! I recommend it.

Our stay in Castrignano del Capo was a real dream! Lorenzo's house is an authentic gem: tastefully cared for in the smallest details, welcoming and immersed in absolute quiet. The terrace is enchanting, overlooking a centuries-old olive grove that offers a peace that is difficult to describe in words. A sensory and regenerating experience. A great deal of credit also goes to Lorenzo, his mother Antonella and his father Pietro, who are always available and attentive. They welcomed us warmly, giving us valuable advice on places to visit, typical restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. Always present if necessary, but with great discretion. The location is ideal: in a few minutes you can reach the wonderful beaches of Salento and the authentic villages of the Salento hinterland. Castrignano is a quiet but lively village, with friendly and helpful people. It is the perfect place for those seeking beauty, silence, nature and authenticity. We left a piece of our heart here! Highly recommended!

Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

The place is excellent. The view of the sea and dusk incredible. The host is a super host, he had lots of patience with us. I managed to lock ourselves out and he came all the way to the house late at night to open it for us. He is the best host I ever had.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
