We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. Spend a little time savouring the delights of Suffolk in this little gem of a cottage so close to the beaches of Walberswick and Southwold. Come back to the wood burner in the autumn and winter and a lovely meal cooked for you at the Queens Head just 10 minutes walk away. Our Cottage is pet friendly for one dog, please add this when you make your booking. Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

Self contained private semi-detached cottage. Open plan living, dining and kitchenette. Large bedroom with wardrobes and a super king size bed plus a small double sofa bed in the living space. Featuring a spacious wet room with shower, loo and basin. Views over a lake on Henham Park which is on Suffolk's coast near Southwold and Aldeburgh. Access to the park is not possible unfortunately due to farming and event commitments.

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

Kate's Cottage, Wangford nr Southwold

Kate's Cottage is our family cottage in a peaceful village that has a local store and pub within a 5 minute walk. Located only 3 miles from Southwold and Walberswick this is an ideal place for couples and small families to explore the area. The stairs in the property are steep and turn a corner so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The ceilings are low in some areas.
