The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Luxury chalet near Haarlem, Zandvoort and Amsterdam

Beautiful chalet, detached in our backyard with heated swimming pool (approx. May-October 1). Lots of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautiful location in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen. Also within cycling distance: the best shopping city in the Netherlands, Haarlem, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
