Set back from the road; private entrance, designated private parking (2 spaces) private deck area. One bedroom; queen size bed, living room & kitchen table. Kitchenette, suitable for reheating, light meal prep and delivery. Coffee/tea bar, snacks, water etc. Limited cooking, no oven. Guests control heat and a/c Cannabis friendly :)

This is a 1940's quaint cottage with two bedrooms and an open layout living room/kitchen.

Lakeview Cottage A (No cleaning fee)

I don’t charge a cleaning fee to keep the prices down except for pets. (Kitchen area) has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” AIRBNB kitchen rules: leave the kitchen the way you found it or don’t use it. 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. There is a futon in the living room with Linens available in bedroom County of Lake charges an occupational tax of 11.5%. Which is added to your total. (welcome to California.)

Willits Cozy Cottage

Quaint little guest unit in walking distance to the Skunk train depot and downtown Willits. It has its own private fenced in yard as well as a large shared patio area. It is a studio lay out with a cal king bed and a sofa bed. Has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. On the property we have ducks and chickens. (They are free range, so watch your step) Pet friendly, however there is an additional $10 fee.
