Recharge for the fall with the peace and nature of the Gryt archipelago! Here is a cozy, fully equipped 32 m2 cottage with the forest close by and the sea around the corner. Wake up at your own pace and enjoy a long breakfast. Browse through the information in the cabin and figure out how best to spend the day. Swimming, boat trip, kayaking, fishing, hiking? Barbecue? Reading? Resting? Maybe just hanging out? If you want to enjoy a little extra, you can book the spa bath (SEK 200 per person/stay). Towels and sheets 100 SEK/set if desired. Warm welcome!

Newly built guesthouse “Ludwig” in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a coastal peninsula where nature takes center stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse, which offers some views of the water and has nature as its closest neighbor. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and the sound of birds singing, and fall asleep to the tranquility of the forest. There are several swimming areas, and the nearest one is located about 150 meters from the guesthouse. You can access hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

Cabin by Storsjön

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre nature reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak tour or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds, including bed linens and towels).

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Resource in our cozy cottage, furnished with an eye for warm colors and soft materials. Lilla Stugan is located in the middle of the woods and meadows and has its own bathing area, sauna and boat. It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.
