The Chayka at The Bird's Estate

Our cottage Chayka (Ukrainian for lapwing) embodies freedom, adventure, and the call of distant horizons. It offers a bedroom, an additional “nest” for two reached by ladder, and a bathroom with a cinematic Dnipro-facing window. Your stay includes a private fruit garden, a vinyl collection, and a bonfire zone with a panoramic river view. The cottage is part of The Bird's Estate, created by filmmaker Marc Wilkins. 100 meters from a SPA, with Sauna and Chan, which can be booked separately.

A wooden three-storey cottage with a fireplace. On the ground floor: a large living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen with a large oval table; a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms: large beds with orthopedic mattresses, TVs, mirrors, bedside tables. On the third floor, there is a bedroom with separate single beds, a TV, bedside tables, and a bathroom. There are two parking spaces on the property.

Tiny House On The Top

Хатинка знаходиться на вершині гори висотою 850 метрів, поруч із селом Мариничі. Шлях на гору складає близько трьох кілометрів, через ліс та полонину. Можливість піднятися на гору лишень пішки, продукти та інші речі до хатинки вивозить кінь, в супроводі з гідом. За потреби можливо залишити авто на стоянці під горою. Для опалення і приготування їжі використовується піч на дровах. Всі перелічені послуги входять у вартість проживання.

Holiday Cottage Sofi це приклад старовинного гуцульського будинку з смереки, який було врятовано від знищення, старанно перенесено та відновлено з додаванням елементів сучасного комфорту та збереженням духу старовини. Розташований Holiday Cottage Sofi у мальовничому селі Тюдів (Косівський район Івано-Франківська область), що простяглось вздовж берегів річки Черемош, яка протікає за двісті метрів від Holiday Cottage Sofi.

We have everything you need for your stay. Among the pleasant options – we have a sauna and a vat that can be melted by prior arrangement (additional payment). Waiting for you to visit🙌🏻

A quiet place for an individual or family vacation. A large area - about 2 hectares with a beach, a fire place, hammocks and a barbecue area. We're right in the woods. The house doesn't have kitchen, but there is kitchen on our territory, where you can order food for a fee. There is access to the barbecue, street dining gazebo. There are still 3 houses on the property. Pets OK.

JAZZ XATA is located highly in the mountains, in the village Yablunytsya, close to popular ski resorts Bukovel and Dragobrat. This two-storied cottage has two terraces, two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Jazz Xata is designed for sleeping 4-5 msts
