Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

It was nice but House needs a little refresh , didn't work The bathtub in the bathroom kitchen furniture and accessories need new. A washing machine to replace a complete very old overall very pleasant house hot tub too much chlorine and doesn't work well

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

Incredibly beautiful villa! Ergun was so kind and attentive and so helpful with local dinner, day trips recommendations or anything else we needed. Great location, easy walk to town. Such a gem! So looking forward to going back! Highly recommend ❤️

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Great house in the village of Turunç, walking distance to the beach 200m, next to a supermarket, excellent hospitality, with breakfast included at the nearby Vesper Cocktail bar. Thoroughly recommended to anyone considering Marmaris.

Philip's house was more beautiful than it appeared in the photographs. The view, the location, and the proximity to everywhere was very good. It is a place I would prefer again, especially for the terrace and balcony view. I would also like to thank Ms. Nilüfer for her interest. I would definitely recommend this cute beautiful house to those who come for vacation.

Gocek is at your feet. The big mountains behind you are in front of you, Gocek and the sea. It is a calm stay but also perfect for those who want to be close to many centers. The architecture as well as the location of the house is beautifully designed. An enviable dwelling for you. Thank you for your interest and goodwill. I hope you'll always have people like yourself as your guests. I started making plans to meet again. We will see you as soon as possible. Note: The reason I gave 4 stars on the price is not about this place, in general, everything is priced very high.

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!

Great location, beautiful views from the outdoor terrace and pool to the mountains. Easy walk into centre of Dalyan. Kitchen very well equipped - everything you could need has been thought of. Friendly and responsive hosts.

New and very convenient 2-level apartment that was ideal for our family. Friendly service, nice and attentive personnel. Apartment located uphill away from crowds where we’ve enjoyed nature sounds and serenity at nights. Hope we’ll return soon and spend more nights to explore the area!

We prefer it every time we come to Muğla. Our house is quite clean. Everything you may need is available and in modern use. Quiet, calm, spacious, away from the noise of the city in terms of location. Sea & forest views on our balcony.. The reception is friendly, caring. I feel at home every time I come. Hello, We had a very pleasant week. In a forested area, very peaceful location. Cleaning is done every 3 days. Hygienic and tidy for accommodation.
