Drift off in this very unique and peaceful artist's residence. The house is located in the village of Tånum, just five miles from downtown Randers. The house is furnished with a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a small bedroom with a 55 x 79 inch (140 cm x 200 cm) bed. From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

Little Red Riding Hood's House - hidden in the deep, quiet forest

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The house is in itself simply furnished, but caters to all everyday needs.

The location of the cottage, 200 m from Limfjorden and a nice trail system, provides a good starting point for pleasant hikes in the coastal nature. Virksund Marina is 800 m away, where there are several restaurants, a beach, a playground and a campsite with a pool. Within 1 hour's drive by car, there are many cultural and natural experiences.

The 25 m2 guest house is secluded, has a large terrace with a view and was built in 2022. There is no kitchen attached to the guest house. Access to guest refrigerator, freezer and microwave in separate building. Organic breakfast can be purchased for pick-up, ordered two days in advance.
