We had a great time at this wonderful place. Perfect location right by the beach, well-equipped apartment with a nice backyard and large terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The host is polite and very quick to respond. All the best recommendations!

Lovely home, wifi fine and fast enough, some helpful amenities etc. All good! The location was fine, easy enough to find with google maps and Irena and Stevo are lovely. Sutomore is a quiet town so great to get away from mass tourism and yet still only 35 mins away from Budva so easy. I recommend flying into Podgorica rather than Tivat at the moment as theer are significant roadwords near Tivat and its a bit chaotic. The opposite to Podgorica. I spent ages looking for a tastefully decorated place and this was easily the best, so book with Irena! Fully recommend!

A stunning place to stay in Petrovac — a cool and pleasant house that stays comfortable even in sunny weather. The design is charming and reflects the villa’s history. It’s very convenient having three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms on different floors. Overall, it had everything we needed. The villa offers a breathtaking sea view — it was a real pleasure to simply relax on the terrace and enjoy the scenery without even needing to go anywhere. As a result of that amazing view, there is a bit of an uphill walk to reach the villa — not too difficult, but something to keep in mind. Also, local cats come by to visit regularly, which adds a cozy touch :) Tomislav and his wife are very friendly and welcoming hosts — it was a pleasure to communicate with them. I can confidently recommend this villa, and I definitely plan to return!

We enjoyed staying here a lot! The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming :) the location is great and it’s quite calm for noisy donji stoj in summer, so it’s perfect! You will have everything you need there, just consider that you won’t have prepared breakfast as mentioned in the ad.

Really lovely place in very quiet surroundings, lovely pool area, beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Milijana was a very welcoming host who met us at the house with all kinds of refreshments, and was very helpful. Only negative was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with the family on Airbnb would definitely recommend the place.

We had a great stay at Edin’s villa in Bar. The house is new, spacious, and well-furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large parking area. The garden offers a beautiful view, a swing, and a shaded seating area — perfect for summer. There’s also a barbecue area with all the necessary tools. The location was a bit hard to find on the map, and the road can be quite dark at night. However, Edin was very helpful with directions and stayed in touch throughout. Despite the language barrier, he made a great effort to assist us. His hospitality, along with the kindness of the neighbors, made the experience even better. Definitely recommended for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

Marcos and Elisabeth are very welcoming and despite our late arrival they were able to welcome us. The house has a nice salt pool ( a little too much for our little eyes but not very serious🤗) very hot, and private access to the sea which is just splendid . The house is clean , with all the amenities you need to have a good stay . Quite far from any city anyway (that's what we wanted ) but 1 restaurant within 5 minutes by car and convenience store too . Beautiful environment, owner who live below but very discreet and very attentive to requests . Beautiful barbecue, swimming pool and beautiful sea access, bedrooms , terraces... everything was at the top for the 6 of us! Thanks to Marcos 🙏🏻😊😊😊 Recommended without hesitation!🤗☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.

Srdjan was an extremely helpful host, he was always responsive with any questions we had. He came and changed out towels for us as well as providing many recommendations for places to visit. What stood out to me is one night I asked about taxis and he offered to book the taxis for us whenever we needed them (as the taxi company did not speak English) and later found out it was at an extremely good rate (€30 to budva rather than ~€45). He did this in the early hours of the morning and was still very responsive. He also explained many nuances of Montenegro to us, such as the beer bottle deposit/return scheme and advised us that they're all closed on Sundays. The villa is lovely and was able to comfortably accommodate 14 adults self-catering each night using the great BBQ and kitchens. The pool was great and the view is even better; the only downside, I'd say, is the necessity for a car as there is no pavement near the villa and it is a 400m steep driveway which leads to the villa.

We've booked Marija's house for our family get-away and it exceeded our expectations. The house is very private, perfect for relaxing by the pool. It's well equipped, we had everything we needed. The internet connection managed occasional zoom calls, so in case you need to do some remote work here it's not a problem. Marija and her family were some of the most helpful and kind hosts we've ever had, offering lots of help during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Aleksandra was an excellent, attentive host. We arrived later than hoped and Aleksandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The property is even better in person - highly recommend. Wonderful, safe location with an unbelievable view.

This was one of the best AirBnBs we ever stayed in. The view is breathtaking. The pool and terasse area overlooking the lake is spacious and luxurious. The house is huge and can easily accommodate a big group of people. We loved the Pelikani Restaurant which is in walking distance. Ambra was a great host, very proactive and super nice.

Miroslav is an amazing host! very friendly and helpful! if we're ever in Montenegro again Iope we can stay at his again. the place is nice and modern and very short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

The stone house is beautifully built, spotlessly clean, and combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The highlight is the stunning pool with panoramic mountain views – we spent hours relaxing there. The large terrace with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for sunsets and starry nights. It’s close to the beaches of Petrovac and ideal for exploring Budva, Sveti Stefan, and Lake Skadar. The hosts are incredibly warm, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. Every detail is perfect. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and luxury in Montenegro – book this place. We recently stayed for 10 days with our 18 month old, parents and in laws. 6 adults in total and it was a perfect space. Location was good with a pekara (bakery) and 3 supermarkets nearby. The roads to get there were a little difficult with a pushchair but we managed it daily. Also a short walk down to the beach for an ice cream! The pool was great and the views of the mountains were stunning. My husband and I went off for the weekend to a wedding at Talići Hills in Sutomore, this villa was a perfect location to be close by enough for the little one! The hosts were easy to reach by text and helped with queries quickly. We’d highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxed holiday in beautiful Montenegro. Thank you!
