House holiday rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

I have spent 7 nights in this Villa Dobre Vode together with my wife. Our room was super clean and cozy. We have found everything needed to prepare meals on our own. Big thanks to Djina (our host) for the hospitality! She is veryyy kind and helpful. We felt there like at home. The swimming pool was clean, and it was really nice to spend the time on sunbathing there. Nice surprise was, that we received a bottle of wine from Djina when we were leaving. Definitelly recommended place!

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

This home was so beautiful, Everything was perfect for our family. We had lots of space to relax, The swimming pool was amazing And only a short drive to the beach, the location was so peaceful, and we were looked after by the hosts who made us a delicious traditional cake as a leaving gift, We loved this place so much and would highly recommended we would definitely stay again. The home and furnishings were very high spec and so spacious with 3 balcony’s overlooking a spectacular view.

Our stay at Anja's home was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly positioned near the top of a hill with a dramatic sea view - it's a wonderful place to sit and relax, have drinks and eat. From the house, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and to the beach...and there are a variety of beaches you can visit without having to drive. The house is very comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus - it was great to be able to have a quick dip there or relax poolside. The neighbours are friendly and we felt we had a really authentic experience in Ulcinj. In addition, Anja was extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants, sights and beaches -- even to the point of making a couple of reservations for us. She made herself extremely available and was always in rapid contact if we had any questions. Anja's home was a real find and made our trip to Ulcinj perfect.

Everything was perfect! Kimi is a great host, always willing to help and provide recommendations about the area. The place was exactly as in the pictures. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for having some quality time with family and friends. Kimi offered a nice selection of Montenegrin wine, and before our departure, he gifted us multiple bottles so we can remember our nice time in Montenegro. Thanks for all! And maybe see us another time! 🙂

Olga is not only a good landlord, but also a wonderful person! We spent 2 weeks in the apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea! The apartment has everything you need - even an iron and a washing machine! Olga will answer any questions, tell you if you need to learn something and just happy to communicate with you on any topics! :) We felt like we were visiting a longtime friend :). A cursed host's mom, eager to speak German. The apartment is clean, well-maintained in a beautiful neighborhood. The beach and shops are very close. The only downside is very weak wifi, but it's not so bad, because we don't go on vacation for the internet. I highly recommend it!

We had the most amazing stay here! Set over three floors including the rooftop and grapevine covered terrace there was plenty of space! The kitchen is large and contains all the contents you need. The bedrooms are simple but more than adequate as if your like us you will spend all your time outside! (AirCon in the rooms was super powerful and very welcomed) There are two bathrooms with walk in showers so no queuing. The absolute highlight for us was the roof terrace, it’s huge! With an amazing cabana bed, loungers and patio table. All of this is made even more special by the festoon lights all around the whole property making night times watching the sunset magical. Literally a two minute walk out of the door is a small crystal clear pebble beach with the sunset setting right in the middle of it. There is a parking space on the small road just out front of the house so that was perfect. 100% recommend hiring a car. Thank you Almir and Elena who greeted us. We loved it ✨🖤

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

Lydia’s house has really authentic charm and unique architecture and style. You feel Key-West vibe here, the smell of figues and oleander and super beautiful see view. And it feels like home, because it’s private home made with love. Located on the mountain it gives the calm which is so important during the crowdy touristic season and at the same time good access to the beaches: small Rakita you may reach by foot, it’s easy on a super hot day but not a big challenge, Velika Plaza with all her kitesurfing area (which are incredibly great) is in 20 minutes by car. We have spent one month in Lydia’s house and it was really inspiring! Thank you💕💕💕

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

Katarina was super helpful and nice to us. She was always responding very quickly and helped us solve our problems. The house was clean and full of utensils, toilet paper, soap, etc. Also for this small price it was perfect. Thank you!

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

The place is very nice and wonderfully equipped. (BBQ, wine glasses, etc.) Everything you need to have a cozy evening. The nearest houses are a few meters away, so you can also sit outside until late and play cards or talk. ́You also have a view of the mountains from the terrace and you can see the sunrise. There are also nice visitors, in the morning the donkey of the village came to visit and in the evening the neighboring cats cuddled to us. There is a very nice restaurant with very hospitable staff (attention best to have cash with you) within walking distance. But for other activities (except hiking of course) you should plan a car. Anett was always easily accessible and thanks to her tips and directions, we had no problems with arrival or departure. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended. Kind regards, P&L

Radovan is a very nice host. Since we have been traveling for a long time, it helped us to do the laundry.. The location of the house is very nice.. There is a very nice balcony for tea or coffee.. There is a great sea within 10-15 minutes walking distance.. There are restaurants, cafes and markets within a few minutes walking distance.. If we had the opportunity, we would have stayed there for a few more days.

Great hosting from Vera and her husband. Adorable from the beginning to the end of the stay. Remote accommodation from the national road which is much appreciated. If we have the opportunity to go around again, we will go back without hesitation.

We have had a most lovely holiday at Victor's place. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! The house is spacious with three separate floors. The see views from any of the three terraces are gorgeous. A short easy walk takes you to the local beach with bars and restaurants. A small village shop on the way. More shops are a short drive away as well as a bigger town - Bar. The Old Bar is a great tourist attraction very close plus a lot of hiking with more spectacular views. A sand beach only 15 minutes away by car. But it is just so lovely to rest on the terrace of the house. Wi-Fi was really fast, TV with lots of channels in all languages, hot water in showers and comfy seats all around. Laundry, kitchen, etc. all working great to suit a family of six easily. We really loved our holiday. Highly recommended. Oh, and also the tortoises in the a separated part of the garden! An everyday fun of finding and counting them all in the morning.

The apartment and Bekim as a person are worth to visit. You got a great view which everyone who thinks of travelling to Ulcinj should see. Everything you need is nearby and even if you need something of the host he‘ll help you out getting what you asked for

The house is excellent, spacious, and very well equipped. The price is justified by the quality and everything it offers. The location is also great. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views of bay. Many restaurants within walking distance. House fully equipped and very clean. Very likeable hostess. Parking at the house (for me) very adventurous, but in the parallel street there is a gravel parking lot where you can park for small money.
