Cozy cottage in the picturesque village of Ullvi. Here you are close to nature where you can enjoy hiking, fishing, biking, skiing. The cottage has a small, well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a practical hall. In the open living room there is a dining area, a spacious and comfortable bunk bed and a sofa bed. There is also Wi-Fi with good speed and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Patio under roof, with barbecue grill. You have access to the entire garden. The host family lives in the neighboring courtyard. The cottage is located on the same property as the host couple, in a quiet residential area, close to Siljan (4 km to Leksand). There is access to a local beach for residents of the area. The forest is next to the house with cross-country ski tracks (up to Granberget ski resort). Suitable starting point for many activities; Sommarland (6 km), Tegera Arena and Lugnet's sports facility (about 5 km). By car, you will find many slalom slopes and the adjacent towns of Falun, Mora and Borlänge with many excursion destinations.

Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

On the enclosed porch, enjoy dinners from early spring to late fall, thanks to infrared heating. Inside, the fireplace is prepared for you to light, adding maximum coziness. Firewood is included! This is the perfect starting point for your excursions. Bed linen and towels are provided, and electric car charging is available.

Lägenheten har en fantastisk utsikt över hagar och älven. Ni bor mitt i hjärtat av siljansbygdens stora kulturutbud. Gångavstånd till badplats. Cykelavstånd till Leksands centrum. Lägenheten är beläget i dalarnas vackraste by. OBS: Veckan efter midsommar bärgar vi hö så det är stor aktivitet på gården och om det krävs även en stor torkfläkt som går dagtid från ca 0900 - 1800. Come and stay in the guest house on our farm. It is a spacious log cabin on two floors decorated in an old-fashioned style. The farm is located in the village of Hälla, 5 km outside Leksand. Here you live in the countryside and around the farm there are live farms with cows. You have walking distance to the swimming area at Dalälven and the hiking trail Dalkarlsvägen.
