Here you can just park your car and walk to everything the city center has to offer, such as restaurants, a shopping center, a water park, a climbing wall, and a cinema. Approx. 10 min. walk to the beach. In the garden there is a lawn and a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storage room is over a century old, but has been renovated. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is only used by you guests and access to the rest of the main house is closed off. There is 5 gallons of water available in the fridge. Welcome to "Aunt Hanna`s house". This house in natural surroundings offers you peace and quiet. On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the house. The house is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff, and with a direct view to Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. We have 2 kayaks. 1 canoe, motor boat, fishing rods and 2 SUP board for rent if available and on request.

The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.
