Self contained, bright, clean, heated, homely. Measures 5 x 3.5 mtrs inc bathroom, kitchenette. Own entrance .Can be set up as double or twin. Has microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster but NO hob, oven or kitchen sink (washing up is done in a bowl). There is a patio with stunning views of the hills and sea. It's close to the coastal path and nature reserve for wonderful walking opportunities and a 2min drive,10/15 min walk, to the town and beach. Parking is on the road outside.

Little gem by the sea, own private entrance

This is a lovely flat with its own patio at the front with table and chairs, and another patio at the rear. It has a large lounge with a separate kitchen diner, a full bathroom and a separate wc. It has that seaside feel to it, with the path down to the beach opposite, 200m We use it for the family so has lots of extras. Swanage town is a 15 min walk along the beach to lovely shops and restaurants. This is a very homely, place, if you are looking for minimalist then its not for you.

Light, airy self contained annexe with wi-fi, own entrance, driveway parking and fully equipped kitchen. Use of sunny front and rear gardens. Walks and coastal path are close by and easily accessed. Less than a 5 min walk away is the lovely village pub, The King's Arms (reasonable food), well stocked village store and Putlake Farm (good for breakfast and light snacks). Local amenities include golf courses, water sports and the beautiful beaches of Swanage are less than 2 miles.

“Kate’s Place” has a private entrance to a guest room with en-suite with a small courtyard area. It is within a 10 minutes level walk from Swanage town, beach and all amenities. Tea, coffee, cafetière, small fridge and toaster are all provided. The courtyard has a small table and chairs with a view of the passing steam trains , a great place to sit with a glass of something nice .
