Monthly Rentals in Umatilla

This stay was an absolute delight, and we look forward to hopefully staying again at some point in the future. The bed was extremely soft, and the charging station came in handy for our devices. It was a little hard to find the parking spot, as our first time in was in the dark, but the host was super helpful and came out to guide our was. 10/10, 100% recommended

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The house was beautiful, waking up to the stunning lakeview in morning was truly a highlight. The amenities were exceptional, especially the kayaking. The sandy areas were perfect for relaxation, and the kids took full advantage of it! Made memories around the bonfire in the evening, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The host was welcoming and provided everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Truly a peaceful gateway!

Maribel’s cute cottage is a slice of Old Florida in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Our goal was to be near the National Forest for hiking and springs visits, but near town as we have a tendency to forget stuff and like some convenience. It’s just over a half hour to Salt Springs, one of our further destinations, and it was nice to come back to town and wind down on the front porch- the jewel of the cottage. There’s a giant oak across the street and an old cabin- bringing you back to pioneer times. I was there with my 94-yr old parents and they loved sitting on the porch. Their minor comment was there was only one comfortable chair in the living room, the futon was a bit hard. This is a great cottage for a small young family, it has those magical characteristics that children love plus a playground and skatepark a few short blocks away. There is a coffee/bagel place on the Main Street if you need a latte fix. And Maribel is sweet, responsive and kind. I hope to return someday!
