Holiday rentals with beach access in Umbria

Abbiamo passato un week end bellissimo, il posto é meraviglioso, la casa é perfetta, pulita,ordinata e in cucina non manca nulla. Fare colazione guardando il lago é incantevole!!! La proprietaria é una persona gentilissima, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Torneremo sicuramente.

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

Vista meravigliosa da appartamento bellissimo, ottimo per le nostre esigenze e ben posizionato. Abbiamo passato uno splendido weekend e se dovessimo tornare cercheremmo sicuramente di prendere questo appartamento. Consigliatissimo

Estuvimos muy contentos en la casa de Michele y Ermanno. La casa es preciosa y tiene muy buena energía. En la cocina y habitaciónes hay todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde el salón muy bonitas. Si tienes que quedarte en Ostra te lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias a Michele por su hospitalidad.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten war der direkte Zugang zum See wo man sehr Privat liegen konnte. Die Hunde die wir mit hatten wurden herzlich empfangen und durften auch mit ins Wasser. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Haus an einem tollen See wo wir gerne wieder hin kommen.

Enjoyed our stay! Exactly what we expected! Space was more than enough for the three of us. Pool was a bonus considering that we didn’t have many options when booking. The host greeted us when we arrived and show us the place and property. If we needed anything they were quick to respond and even helped out with laundry with a small fee. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an wunderbarer Lage. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse über den See, riesiger Swimming Pool, private Lage. Auch an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Es hatte zwar viele Mücken aber wir würden trotzdem sofort wieder hingehen.

L’appartamento si contraddistingue per la pulizia impeccabile e per l’ottima posizione, a due passi dal lungolago e dal borgo di Bolsena. La comunicazione con Maurizio è stata ottima.

Posto davvero bello per le nostre esigenze. Stefano e Marta ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio: siamo stati accolti in maniera impeccabile in una sistemazione che era esattamente quella che ci aspettavamo. Tante sorprese positive. Da consigliare e tenere presente per il futuro... Cinque stelle meritatissime!

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Roberto’s place was truly beautiful on the lake. It was so serene and peaceful with natural beauty everywhere. We loved this place! Roberto gave us great restaurant suggestions and was always available for questions. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Bolsena which is equally picturesque. We would love to return.

Sabina’s parents, Patrizio and Patrizia were just lovely. They were so eager for us to enjoy our stay. The house had everything we needed and was nicely situated for visiting all the beautiful hill towns in the region. There were delicious sandwiches for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. I will say if you have any mobility issues the external stairs to the house could be a problem. We were fine with them but they might not be for everyone. Also there is no WiFi which could be a problem for some. All in all we were very happy with our stay. I’d love to go back .

Es war einfach traumhaft! wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Appartamento molto accogliente, confortevole e ben riscaldato. La cucina è nuovissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Elena è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva ad ogni nostra richiesta. Soggiorno di due notti super!!

La casetta e' molto graziosa, ben organizzata e pulita. Il piano terra non e' molto grande soprattutto se si e' in 4 adulti , ma viene compensato dallo spazio esterno ampio. Personalmente trovo comodo la possibilita' di parcheggiare all'interno della proprieta'. Valentina e' stata molto gentile ed estremamente flessibile sugli orari . Il giorno di arrivo ci ha dato disponibilita di entrare nell'appartamento la mattima e nel giorno di partenza ci ha permesso di lasciarlo oltre l'orario previsto. Grazie e a presto

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti a Bolsena che non conoscevamo. Siamo stati veramente bene, sorpresi della cittadina, con vie curatissime, piene di fiori e negozietti con artigianato. Abbiamo incontrato persone gentili e disponibili a fornire informazioni. Soddisfatti della visita al castello Monaldeschi, con un museo e piccolo acquario. Interessante anche la basilica di S. Cristina. Abbiamo cenato ottimamente in diversi ristoranti. Casa Francesco è in posizione strategica vedi raggiungono a piedi i vari punti interessanti di Bolsena. L'appartamento è molto bello, con arredamento moderno e funzionale. Il giardino è curatissimo, con tanti fiori. Gli host gentili e disponibili.

Appartamento dagli ampi spazi. Abbiamo alloggiato 2 notti in 4, ci sono trovati molto bene. Paolo, figlio di Floriana sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Casa fornita anche di caffè e saponi nuovi. Veramente ottima accoglienza. Strategico se si vuole vendere i dintorni e stare riva lago.

Appartement chaleureux, charmant et très propre. Tout est fait pour nous mettre à l'aise et passer un séjour confortable. Parfaitement situé pour explorer la région et très calme. On s'y sent bien et on a déjà envie d'y retourner !

L'alloggio è molto comodo per raggiungere le principali città dell'Umbria in quanto è vicino alla superstrada. A 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungono i supermercati e tutti i servizi necessari in quanto l'alloggio si trova in un paesino piccolo, molto carino, assolutamente tranquillo, fuori dal caos delle città. A 100 m si trova un piccolo porticciolo e la pista ciclabile che gira attorno al lago. L'alloggio è molto ampio, il wi-fi funziona bene; Anna è stata molto gentile ad accogliere alcune nostre richieste, rapidamente.

Comfortabel en ruim appartement. Zeer centraal en toch prachtig uitzicht. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst.

This is a lovely place with a stunning view. It is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. There are many restaurants all around, as well as shops and a grocery store close by. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

Nonostante il weekend di festa, Francesco si è dimostrato molto reattivo e disponibile nel risolvere alcuni imprevisti, di quelli che possono sempre capitare a prescindere da qualsiasi colpa, il che è ben più di quello che si possa desiderare da un bravo host. Detto ciò, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in un'area tranquilla, a due passi dal Trasimeno e a 20 minuti da Cortona.

Grazie a Marco ed alle gentilissime persone che hanno contribuito a rendere speciale il mio soggiorno. Lavorando nel settore dell’ospitalità, non posso che consigliare di scegliere Marco come host, per la qualità e la gentilezza con cui si è adoperato. Meticolosamente ha fatto in modo che il mio soggiorno fosse come stare a casa ed in famiglia, rendendosi sempre disponibile in ogni occasione. Grazie di tutto, tornerò sicuramente!
