For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. We completely renovated the approximately 200-year-old building of a former family-run bakery in 2017 and furnished a vacation apartment for 2 people on the upper floor of the rear building. The building complex is located on the historic market with the medieval church. From Gingst, start excursions to the wonderful landscapes of the island of Rügen, to the islands of Hiddensee and Ummanz or to a day trip to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
