Precioso apartamento recién reformado, totalmente equipado, ubicado justo a la entrada del pintoresco pueblo de Esterri d'Àneu, justo delante del supermercado PlusFresc. Dispone de jardín comunitario y terraza con vistas a la montaña con mesa exterior y sillas. El apartamento está formado por - una habitación matrimonial, - una habitación con litera, formada por una cama matrimonial abajo y cama individual arriba, - comedor con terraza y sofá cama, - cocina y - baño completo con ducha. Dispone de preciosas vistas a la montaña y de jardín a compartir. El apartamento está completamente equipado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en la montaña. - Dispone de jardín con bancos para sentarse. - Sabanas y toallas incluidas. - Wifi. - Tasa turística de 1,75€ por adulto mayor de 16 años y noche, no incluida en el precio de la tarifa. - No se aceptan mascotas. - No se admiten fiestas. - Se pide una fianza de 100€ por la estancia, que será devuelta a la salida. *Disponemos de 2 apartamentos más dentro del mismo edificio. HIGH MOUNTAIN HOUSE WITH CHARM AND COMFORT

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house of the XVIII century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical constructions of the Pyrenees has been wanted, with stone and wood. The house has an innate, rustic and elegant charm where it has been possible to introduce elements of comfort and modernity . The house is all lit through a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Located in the sunny medieval village of Cervoles (1,200 m), it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, yoga, meditation, swimming in mountain lakes and birdwatching. A perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature all year round.

Le Playras, a little piece of heaven!

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

For nature lovers: - Close to many hiking trails (including the GR10) - About 30 minutes from Guzet ski resort. - Possibility of swimming in the natural pools of the Salat. For shopping: shops 10 minutes by car and markets including Saint-Girons.

Three bedroom attic with beautiful mountain views

Our family attic in Esterri d'Àneu sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There are mountain views from all rooms. We'll be happy to answer any of your questions about the property, local activities and surrounding area. Within 20 minutes there are 2 ski resorts, Baquiera Beret and Espot, a few kilometres further afield are the resorts of Port Ainé and Tavascan.

The house is located in the heart of the Alt Pirineus in the village of Burg, Farrera, in the province of Lleida, which has been voted by Timeout as one of the 10 best villages to visit in Catalonia. It is located near several alpine and Nordic ski slopes and walking and hiking trails. Also half an hour from the only National Park of Catalonia to enjoy all year round!
