This is a two bedroom/one bathroom private guest suite on the lower floor of a multi-unit Colonial Craftsman home. A maximum of four guests are allowed. No parties or events are allowed. *NO KITCHEN* There is an area with some kitchen amenities but there is no kitchen sink, stove-top, or oven. Refer to photo of this area. Your space is private but there are other units beside and above this one so please be respectful of others by keeping noise down late at night.

Our accommodation has a single entrance where you can access the two rooms. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with the advantage that our house is located at the end of a closed street, where there is no danger from traffic. We are located in a privileged area near restaurants, shops, and businesses, as well as being on the outskirts of attractions of interest to children and adults.
